The Pitchfork Music Festival takes over 10 legendary venues in the capital
Mark your calendars for November 2–8, 2026, for this 16th edition of the festival, which will take over no fewer than 10 iconic Parisian venues: the Trabendo, the Café de la Danse,the Élysée Montmartre, Badaboum, Supersonic, the Mécanique Ondulatoire, and the Point Éphémère. The concept? An entire week dedicated to musical discovery, featuring cutting-edge headliners and up-and-coming acts from the international indie scene, all in venues designed as musical sanctuaries for an intimate experience.
A promising lineup spanning indie, pop, and electronic music
For the 2026 edition, the first confirmed acts are already setting the tone for a lineup firmly focused on emerging and alternative scenes. Among the artists already announced are the Belgian group Charlotte Adigéry & Bolis Pupul, blending electronic pop with offbeat humor; the Colombian artist Lido Pimienta, a leading figure in Latin American experimental pop; and the Danish band Iceage, key players in the European post-punk scene.
The lineup also showcases a new generation of artists to watch very closely: Headache, Bassvictim, ear, AMORE, mori, DH2, Cowgirl Clue, Bleary Eyed, bed, 1000 Rabbits, and Zzzahara round out the list.
The return of the Avant-Garde format for a fully immersive experience
True to tradition, the festival is also expected to feature its “Pitchfork Avant-Garde” format—these off-program events held in more intimate venues across the capital to bring the week to a spectacular close. It’s a way for the festival to continue mapping out the contours of today’s music scene, from classic concert halls to more off-the-beaten-path spots.
