On September 13, the Vatican will play host to “Grace for the World“, a unique concert that is already shaping up to be one of the major cultural events of the year. Co-directed by Pharrell Williams and Andrea Bocelli, the evening will bring together music, show and innovation in the heart of St. Peter’s Square. “Grace for the World will feature artists from all over the world. Pharrell Williams takes to the stage with his Voices of Fire gospel choir , while Andrea Bocelli brings his legendary voice to St. Peter’s Square. They will be joined by John Legend, Karol G, Jennifer Hudson, BamBam, Teddy Swims, Jelly Roll, Angélique Kidjo and other international stars. Choirs and an XXL orchestra, directed by Adam Blackstone, will complete this unique line-up for an evening that will be remembered for along time.
An extraordinary visual spectacle – 3,000 drones light up the Vatican skies
In addition to the music, “Grace of the World” will also feature an unprecedented visual spectacle. More than 3,000 drones will light up the Roman sky in a luminous ballet orchestrated by Nova Sky Stories. Inspired by the frescoes in the Sistine Chapel, the show will blend art and technology to create an absolutely breathtaking immersive experience, designed to be remembered forever.
