It was thought that Paris no longer had room for this kind of venue , but next summer, an enormous 80,000 m² hall will open its doors in Pantin. In these huge former steel tube factories, overlooking the Canal de l’Ourcq, you’ll be able to eat, see an exhibition, shop and work. It’s going to be an absolutely brilliant place, and one that’s sure to cause a stir!
A new hall in Paris: exhibition, food court, offices, stores…
A revolution is brewing in this former Pouchard factory… In the summer of 2026,this industrial hall will be given a new lease of life as a living space in its own right. There will be nine office buildings for rent, a student campus, a huge 300-seat auditorium, an exhibition space for cultural activities, recording studios… in short, everything you need to work well in a pleasant, completely refurbished space.

And that’s not all: the Grandes-Serres de Pantin will also be home to a very pleasant food court, open to all gourmets. Here, you’ll find a wide choice of catering options, including a coffee roaster where you can drink your best coffee, a baker, and food on the go.
A new footbridge over the Canal de l’Ourcq

To link this new living space, a 50-meter-long footbridge will be built just above the canal. It will link Les Grandes-Serres to the Église de Pantin metro station, and will be reserved exclusively for pedestrians and cyclists. People with reduced mobility will also be able to use it via a dedicated elevator. Surrounding this large complex will be a pleasant two-hectare green space. Perfect for enjoying the fine weather and a bit of greenery after your exhibition… A unique space that will profoundly energize this already lively neighborhood.
