Colorful and festive – minus the negative effects of alcohol – mocktails are increasingly available in Parisian bars, in ever more creative versions. Simple to make, they’ll also look great with your home-made aperitifs. All you need is a shaker or mixer, a few ingredients and some ice cubes, and you’re ready to go! Virgin mojito grapefruit
Ingredients (serves 6):
- 3 pink grapefruits
- 90 g La Perruche brown sugar
- 90 cl sparkling water (with large bubbles)
- 36 cl pink grapefruit juice
- ½ bunch fresh mint
- 0.5 L crushed ice
Recipe:
- Wash the mint and remove the leaves.
- Peel the grapefruit and remove the segments.
- Arrange the mint leaves at the bottom of the glasses, then add a tablespoon of La Perruche brown sugar. Using a pestle, crush the mint without over-crushing it.
- Add the grapefruit juice and grapefruit segments. Fill the glasses with crushed ice and top up with sparkling water. Stir gently before serving.
- Chef’s tip: For extra acidity, you can also add a lime wedge.
Virgin Piña Colada
Ingredients:
- 12 cl pineapple juice
- 4 cl coconut milk
- ½ lime
- ½ teaspoon vanilla sugar
Recipe:
- Place a handful of ice cubes and all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend for a few seconds (or use a shaker if you don’t have a blender).
- Pour the contents into a cocktail glass. If you have one, you can even decorate it with a piece of fresh pineapple. Enjoy chilled!
Lemon mocktail
Ingredients (for 5 people):
- 3 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 5 teaspoons rosemary syrup
- 1 teaspoon orange blossom liquid flavoring
- 10 cl sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- 1 sprig rosemary (optional)
Recipe:
- Squeeze the juice of the lime, then the juice of the lemon.
- Pour the rosemary syrup, orange blossom liquid flavoring and lemon juices into the glass.
- Add a few ice cubes, then pour in the sparkling water.
- Garnish the glass with a sprig of rosemary and enjoy well chilled.
- Chef’s tip: feel free to serve other juices for variety, such as clementine or pineapple juice.

Charly baby mocktail
Ingredients (for 1 person):
- 12 cl white grape juice
- 8 cl strawberry nectar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 4 cl sparkling water
Recipe:
- Pour the grape juice into a glass, followed by the strawberry nectar.
- Add the vanilla sugar, then the ice cubes.
- Stir, then add the sparkling water before serving.

Intense Strawberry Gin-Gin Mule
Ingredients:
- 6 mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon Bonne Maman Intense strawberry jam
- 2 cl lime juice
- 10 cl ginger beer (soft drink)
- Ice cubes
Recipe:
- Place the mint leaves in the bottom of a shaker, then crush them with a pestle.
- Add half the ice cubes to the shaker, then add the lime juice and strawberry jam.
- Close the shaker and stir.
- Strain into a cocktail glass. Top up with ginger beer and serve chilled.

Perrier lime detox mocktail
Ingredients:
- 1 piece fresh ginger
- 2 cl lime juice
- 1 cl agave syrup
- 12 cl Perrier® Lime Flavor
- 1 cucumber stick
- 1 lime slice
Recipe:
- Place a piece of fresh ginger and 2 cl lime juice in a shaker.
- Crush with a pestle, then add 1 cl agave syrup and 12 cl Perrier® Lime Flavor. Mix well.
- Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice cubes, and garnish with a slice of lime and a stick of fresh cucumber.

Pomegranate, apple and grapefruit mocktail
Ingredients:
- 1 pomegranate
- 1 apple
- 1 pink grapefruit
- 1 lime
- ginger
- Mint
Recipe:
- Remove a few seeds from the pomegranate, reserving a small portion for decoration.
- Slice the apple and grapefruit into large wedges.
- Add a small piece of fresh ginger with the skin, and a quarter of lime juice.
- Blend with a juice extractor or blender.
- Serve the cocktail in a glass with ice cubes.
- For decoration, add a few pomegranate seeds, mint leaves and a slice of lime.
