In Paris, LEGO has put together a one-of-a-kind event that’s sure to appeal to soccer fans and families alike. Through July 19, 2026, the Parc de la Villette will host the very first LEGO Fan Zone organized in France for the 2026 World Cup.
A truly unique Fan Zone in Paris
The idea? To completely rethink the concept of a fan zone. Here, it’s not just about watching the matches on a giant screen. Soccer becomes a life-size playground where visitors can build, create, and participate in numerous activities designed around the famous colorful bricks.
Spanning over 1,800 square meters, this next-generation fan zone can accommodate up to 2,000 visitors per day. Right at the entrance, the scene is set with an impressive replica of the official FIFA World Cup trophy made entirely of LEGO bricks. Standing four meters tall, this monumental creation immediately sets the tone!
Inside, several areas have been set up to enhance the experience. Building workshops led by facilitators are offered throughout the day, while a massive 3-meter-by-3-meter diorama made up of more than 400,000 LEGO bricks immerses visitors in a world entirely dedicated to soccer.
Of course, match broadcasts are also on the schedule. World Cup matches will be shown daily, either live or as replays depending on the schedule. On evenings featuring France’s matches, the semifinals, and the final, hours will even be extended until 11 p.m.
But unlike traditional fan zones, the atmosphere here is decidedly family-friendly. LEGO has opted for an entirely alcohol-free space, with food trucks and activities designed to welcome all generations in a welcoming setting.
All in all, with matches, giant structures, and immersive activities, this fan zone is sure to become one of the most original highlights of the tournament.
