What if your image became a symbol of hope? That’s the bold challenge taken up by Olivier Goy with La Fresque Généreuse, an artistic initiative supported by scientific research. This monumental collective work, covering over 200 m², will take pride of place on the façade of the Institut du Cerveau in Paris, and will bring together the portraits of its donors (perhaps you), researchers and patients.

What if, through altruism, hope and solidarity, we could work together to create a better world? On Friday September 26 and Saturday September 27 , from 3pm to 7pm, at the Drugstore Publicis, you’ll have the opportunity to take part in a unique solidarity shoot. The sunny Olivier Goy, long committed to the fight against Charcot’s disease, is launching this project as a veritable surge of generosity. It’s a wonderful initiative, and one that’s very much like him.
A 200 m2 Generous Fresco to benefit the Brain Institute
After two days of shooting, artist Vahram Muratyan willbring the fresco to life. It will combine black and white backgrounds, for a strong, contrasting aesthetic. On the façade of the Institut du Cerveau in Paris, 200 m² of faces (several thousand portraits of donors, researchers and patients) will bear witness to Olivier Goy’sInvincible Hope. More than a monumental work of art, the Fresque Généreuse conveys a unifying message: mobilize for research, make a collective commitment and show empathy. Each portrait will be part of a whole, showing that research progresses thanks to each face, each story.
“One more day” and what if a single day could change lives?
Of course, this project isn’t just about aesthetics. All funds raised will be donated to the Brain Institute, in the hope of accelerating progress against neurodegenerative diseases. A blend of art and solidarity that gives a special meaning to this gesture… Taking part means not only appearing in a work of art, but above all supporting an essential cause. Because a selfless act of generosity can have an immense impact when it is passed on and shared.
And Paris is just the starting point. Lille, Lyon, Bordeaux and even New York will soon be hosting the project, with a variety of initiatives including exhibitions, a collector’s book and solidarity objects. At a time when collective initiatives matter more than ever, La Fresque Généreuse is a reminder that everyone can make a difference. You too can join this movement. Not to be seen, but to give even more strength to hope.
