With this unpredictable weather, we’d all like to see a bit of the country, right? What if we told you that you could visit Korea without leaving Paris? Head to Pocha! A 100% street food restaurant that will introduce you to some very popular street food dishes that are still relatively unknown in France… But that’s not all!
A Korean street food restaurant that immerses you in a night market
Those who have already had the chance to visit the Land of the Morning Calm know that night markets are very popular in Korea (and throughout Asia in general). They are an opportunity to sample specialties, often on the go, and share a moment of conviviality with loved ones. Lit by neon lights, lulled by music and guided by enticing smells, the evening is bound to be a good one. It was this unique atmosphere that inspired the creation of the Pocha restaurant. Here, you will discover the distinctive decor of Korean streets lit by neon shop signs. Just like in Korea, sometimes cans are used instead of tables, but this does not detract from the warmth and conviviality of the place. You could almost believe you were in the streets of Myeong-dong in Seoul.

The menu features classic Korean dishes such as Deobap and Bibimbap, but Pocha’s specialty is cheese recipes. The house corn cheese is very cheesy and crispy. If you like to share your meal, the cheese Dakgalbi is the perfect combination of spicy sautéed chicken and melted, almost runny cheese.

In short, it’s impossible to summarize the entire menu because there’s so much to eat: hot pot, stews, Korean tapas (Anju)… the hardest part may be choosing what to order. Open every day, this restaurant will take you on a journey without leaving Paris.
