Connection as the central theme
The experience unfolds in three phases—calm, play, and discovery. Together, they guide visitors through moments of pause, creativity, and reflection, revealing how small acts of kindness can bring people closer together.
Hello Kitty’s ribbon, often recognized as her iconic accessory, takes on a deeper meaning throughout the experience. It embodies the “Small Gift, Big Smile” philosophy—the belief that even the smallest gesture can inspire kindness and create a moment of genuine connection.

Three very different ways to slow down
The basement sets the tone with an immersive projection, followed by a matcha break that invites visitors to pause and slow down. Upstairs, the atmosphere changes completely with the most anticipated area of the tour—Hello Kitty invites visitors to make music together in a unique interactive experience that explores how music, a universal language, can create moments of connection, sharing, and mutual understanding—without a single word. The same floor also features a charm-making workshop, where everyone can create a charm for themselves or for someone they care about—a simple keepsake symbolizing a gesture of connection and kindness.
Before leaving, there’s one last personal gesture: writing a message of kindness, displayed in real time on a dedicated monument, before adding your name to the Hello Kitty Map, which connects visitors from around the world who have shared the same experience.
