Rap fans beware: a new festival has arrived on the music scene. L’Hypnotize takes place on June 13 and 14 at the Grand Parc Miribel Jonage in Lyon, and on September 5 and 6 at the Parc des Expositions in Bordeaux. Set to be one of this year’s major musical events, it combines established and emerging artists with an immersive program in a rich rap universe featuring rap battles, breakdancing, food trucks…

Hypnotize Festival: “It Was All a Dream
Featuring over 20 artists, including some absolutely iconic names, 2 iconic stages and a vibrant line-up, the Hypnotize festival intends to restore the reputation of today’s rap scene.
Iconic rapper Booba, French rap UFO Laylow, phenomenon VALD, Leto, iconic SCH… These heavyweights share the bill with emerging artists such as Jolagreen23, Maureen, Favé, Jok’air, Meryl... A real daydream for rap fans.
The festival’s creative producer explains the concept: “It was all a dream… Everything starts from a dream, as Biggie says. Our ambition is to redefine the codes of today’s festivals by offering festival-goers a total immersion in rap culture, through a strong program and scenography, but also accompanied by numerous artistic and interactive experiences highlighting this culture throughout the event.”
An explosive program
To accompany the concerts, live performances will immerse spectators in the world of rap, with rap and breakdance battles and graffiti. Audiences will be immersed in an urban world and will be able to adopt its codes. Fashion, jewels, grillz, tatoos, street food trucks... Festival-goers will be spoilt for choice on the Hypnotize festival site!
