With the return of sunny days, our go-to ritual is having lunch on a terrace. But between those where you literally roast in the sun and those that are already packed even though it’s barely noon, it’s hard to find the perfect spot. Luckily, we’ve found a cozy spot that checks all the boxes. Welcome to Lily Wang! A 7th arrondissement institution, completely redesigned, which opened its summer terrace a few weeks ago!
Lily Wang: an Asian restaurant with a hidden terrace

Tucked away in the 7th arrondissement, this magnificent Asian-inspired restaurant has everything to please you. The decor is exquisitely refined, adorned with red and gold, evoking the Middle Kingdom. But there’s also a stunning terrace, completely covered in greenery, that almost makes you forget you’re in the heart of Paris.

Designed like a shaded garden, this terrace is the perfect refuge during the sweltering summer heat. On the menu, the chef offers a fresh take on Asian classics, such as melt-in-your-mouth sesame tuna tataki, Cantonese-style steamed sea bass, perfectly seasoned “crying tiger” beef, and a decadent Chinese-style eggplant… A perfectly executed, shareable cuisine, designed to be served from lunch through dinner.

While lunch on the terrace is absolutely delightful during the day, come evening, we recommend curling up on the restaurant’s sofas. The stunning central bar offers a menu of Asian-inspired cocktails, designed to extend your meal or be enjoyed on their own as an appetizer.
