Such is the case with The Shack: a 1,500 m² former printing works, tucked away in the 9ᵉ arrondissement.Nestled just a stone’s throw from the Opéra Garnier, at the end of a quiet, leafy cul-de-sac, this veritable living space will surprise you! A restaurant hidden in a historic structure designed by Gustave Eiffel

This superb space of over 1,000 m², spread over two floors, is sure to amaze. The most attentive will even notice the Eiffel-style metal beams! This is hardly surprising, given that the entire structure was built by his workshop in 1872. This former printing works of the Calmann-Lévy publishing house is now a unique hybrid space. You can work here during the day by reserving a room for your team, or have lunch here!

Every day, from Monday to Friday, chef Albane Auvray proposes fresh, tasty dishes born of the marriage of French and Asian cuisine! Tasty fusion cuisine in 4 starters, 4 main courses and 4 desserts. Each month, the menu changes with the seasons, and is sure to take your taste buds on a journey. An added bonus: shack hour from 3pm to 8pm in the hidden bar upstairs, where you can enjoy tasty cocktails and mocktails at low prices…

Please note: in the afternoon, the restaurant doesn’t welcome digital nomads. Here, the focus is on conviviality, exchange and creativity. And from 6:30 p.m., the atmosphere changes: tables and chairs often move to give way to the music ! Intimate concerts, musical encounters… evenings here are warm and rhythmic. An atypical spot, steeped in history, ideal for unwinding after work.
