Formula 1®—A Booming Sport
Today, F1® is much more than just a motorsport championship; it’s a spectacle that blends performance, strategy, and adrenaline. With 24 races scheduled for 2026—from Melbourne in March to Abu Dhabi in December—the calendar is breaking records.
The sport’s biggest names will go head-to-head: Max Verstappen, Charles Leclerc, George Russell, Lando Norris—not to mention the two Spanish heroes , Fernando Alonso and Carlos Sainz, who will be eager to shine in front of their home crowd.
Madrid, Capital of Speed in 2026
It was a return 40 years in the making, and Madrid will remain the only European capital to host a Grand Prix in 2026. The event will take place on the brand-new IFEMA street circuit, which is 5,474 meters long and features 22 turns, including the impressive Turn 13, nicknamed “La Monumental”—a banked curve over 500 meters long with a 24% incline that promises spectacular views.
The 2026 Spanish Grand Prix will be the 16th round of the championship, and all tickets have already been sold out!
