For this fourth edition of the flan festival, a dozen renowned establishments have been selected to bring together their gourmet creations!
Mathieu Carlin, Mori Yosida and Nicolas Guercio : the great names of Parisian pastry-making, officiating in the most prestigious establishments, will all be represented at this original and gourmet event. The event will feature a huge variety of flan recipes and a few unexpected revisits. In addition to the traditional round, smooth and tender egg recipe, you’ll also be able to enjoy, for example, flan marbré, flan tonka or flan praliné.
