1. The Planetarium
Take a seat under the grand dome of the Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie’s Planetarium and embark on a true cosmic journey. Beneath the starry vault, enjoy an image of breathtaking depth, as if you were immersed in space. 3. Permanent Exhibitions
At the Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie, there’s no shortage of exhibitions: so we’ve selected our two favorites for you to discover this summer. If you dream of following in the footsteps of Thomas Pesquet, head to“Space Mission.” Through an exhibition that’s as realistic as it is fun, featuring simulators and life-size models, discover the daily life of an astronaut. A submarine right in the heart of Paris? That’s right: come aboard fora fascinating exploration of this authentic 1950s hunter-killer submarine, docked at the Cité des Sciences et de l’Industriesince 1989. Discover the daily life of a crew of 40 submariners, as well as anecdotes straight out of a spy novel, since the Argonaute was once a base for intelligence and special operations!
