For the third year running, the Château de Versailles invites you to dream away an evening… On December 8, the home of kings will be decked out in its finest finery for a timeless evening. Under the golds of the Sun King, guests are invited to a grandiose ball inspired by the Roaring Twenties. A sparkling interlude where yesterday’s pomp meets today’s elegance. In a breathtaking setting, charleston, tango, foxtrot and American jig will set the pace for your evening… But be warned, places are very limited.

Imagine spending an evening in one of France’s most beautiful châteaux? That’s what the Château de Versailles is offering this December. On December 8, you’ll take a trip back in time to the heart of the Roaring Twenties, where sequined outfits, rhinestones and frills are the order of the day. Your eyes will marvel at the ballet performances of the Opéra de Versailles, who will illuminate the Galerie des Glaces with their talents. Recently restored, the Galerie des Glaces will shine like never before.
Dressed in your finest, you’ll then make your way to the Grands Appartements de la Reine, where a variety of activities await you: magic salon, games and illusions room, fortune-teller, fortune-teller… Between the music, costumes and staging, you’ll feel like you’re in a dream!
Around midnight, the enchantment continues in the Galerie des Glaces, where a pyrotechnic show illuminates the estate’s skyline with thousands of shimmering colors. A moment of grace and poetry before the after-party! The Galerie des Grandes Batailles will be transformed into an immense dancefloor, where elegantly dressed guests will dance under the royal gilding of this magnificent hall until 1.30 a.m.
