Attention all LEGO fans , young and old alike: the world’s biggest brick-building tournament will be taking place right in the heart of Paris, on the most beautiful avenue in the world! On September 21, the Grand Tournoi des Champs will let everyone’s creativity shine thanks to this unique experience.
France’s biggest LEGO tournament to take place in Paris
For the first time in France, LEGO has teamed up with the Comité des Champs-Élysées to bring us an official tournament dedicated to the famous Danish brand. In the heart of the 8th arrondissement, the legendary avenue will be pedestrianized as part of the Journées du Patrimoine. It will be the playground of all the designers present for the event. And at the end of the tournament, a one-week trip for 4 to Denmark!
To register, you have until August 26 to submit an original creation on the official LEGO website, for 4 people, with a team name and a definition of the construction. At the end of the pre-selection process, 256 teams will be selected to take part in the big tournament on the Champs-Élysées. As for the latter, it will feature free-access construction workshops, participative animations and many other surprises.
So if you’re a LEGO fan, this is the perfect opportunity to let your creativity shine, brick by brick! It’s up to you to rise to the challenge!
