At home, with Cyril Lignac’s recipe!
If the cold discourages you from going for a walk, why not make your own mulled wine? With this recipe from Cyril Lignac, you’re sure to be a hit!
Peel some ginger and cut into thirds. Then wash an orange under lukewarm water, cut it in half and prick cloves into the peel (with the added bonus of perfuming your living room!). Place water, 1/2 oranges, ginger, cinnamon and sugar in a saucepan. Heat and add vanilla seeds and pod. Add the red wine and simmer for at least 20 minutes, without letting the liquid boil. Finally, strain and serve piping hot!
