In Paris and beyond, there are plenty of festivals to get our toes tapping. Some are already well known in the industry, like Le Loup Blanc, while others are emerging and just waiting to prove themselves. Here are our favorites.
Initial Festival
After an emotionally-charged second edition, the Initial Festival is back in Bordeaux, much to our delight. The region’s biggest festival returns with an even crazier line-up, featuring the cream of the world’s house and techno scene. Boys Noize, Marlon Hoffstadt and Mind Against, to name but a few, the hottest DJs of the moment will take turns behind the decks to make you dance, all in an incredible scenography!
Le Château Festival Experience – Electro chic in the heart of a Breton château
The most elegantfestival of the summer. Set in a 15th-century château surrounded by gardens, Le Château Festival Experience combines refined house, hypnotic techno and an exceptional historic setting.
On the program: Franky Rizardo, Wade, Toman, Chapa & Castelo… but also wellness sessions, local gastronomy and open-air dancefloors. Ideal for an electro-chic weekend without leaving France.

Pitchfork Music Festival
Even after the summer, festival fever is still alive and kicking in Paris! As proof, the eagerly-awaited Pitchfork Music Festival is set to punctuate November with its 13th edition. On the program: a whole week of music in 7 venues across the capital, from the Badaboum to the Église Saint-Eustache, via the Trabendo. Not to be missed!

Cabaret Vert
Created in 2005, Cabaret Vert is THE festival that electrifies the Grand Est region every year! Close to the Belgian border, it returns from August 15 to 18 with a host of artists from all horizons. From 21 Savage and Justice to Paula Temple, this year’s line-up will be as eclectic as ever, and the atmosphere will be wild. All that’s missing is you to spice up this explosive cocktail!

Rock en Seine
It’s hard to make a selection of the best upcoming festivals without mentioning the legendary Rock en Seine. Set in the heart of the Domaine National de Saint-Cloud, the festival takes place from August 21 to 25. The line-up includes Lana Del Rey, Fred Again…, Massive Attack and a whole host of world-renowned artists!

Les Plages Électroniques
A festival with its feet in the water and the sun shining on the Côte d’Azur, if that doesn’t smell like summer… That’s the enchanting program that awaits us in Cannes with Les Plages Électroniques from August 16 to 18. Here too, the line-up is no laughing matter, with SCH, Boris Brejcha and Kaytranada all set to take to the stage. Mark your calendars!

Paris Jazz Festival
Take the verdant, bucolic setting of the Parc Floral, the good vibes and temperatures of summer, and add all the fervor of a music festival, and you’ve got the recipe for the brilliant Paris Jazz Festival. Right in the heart of the garden to the east of Paris, a series of enchanting concerts await you this summer. And the good news is that you only have to pay the park entrance fee of €2.5 to take part.

Rose Festival
Created by Bigflo and Oli, the Rose Festival puts their hometown of Toulouse in the spotlight with a 4-day extravaganza. Booba, PLK, Niska: the biggest names in French rap are expected, but not only… Other names from other horizons are also expected, such as Francis Cabrel, Pomme and Justice. All in all, an unmissable event for all music lovers!
