AMI unveils a capsule collection and an ephemeral beach this summer…
Galeries Lafayette Haussmann goes into summer mode! To mark the occasion, an immersive AMI experience awaits visitors, with a summer-themed trail. If the summer season is taking shape in the Galeries windows, with the colorful outfits designed by Alexandre Mattiusi, it’s also creeping onto the department store’s rooftop terrace. La Plage AMI is the summer capsule collection from one of France’s hottest brands in recent years.
A capsule of unisex ready-to-wear pieces in blue, white and red. Beach towels, tote bags, short-sleeved shirts… each piece proudly displays one of the two tricolor stripe patterns in this collection designed especially for Galeries Lafayette Haussmann.

And to round off this summer collection by AMI, what better way to create a truly immersive summer experience? The Promenade des Amis continues on the Rooftop of Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann. In the open air, customers can enjoy an itinerary designed down to the smallest detail. An AMI lighthouse, beach cabins reminiscent of beautiful Deauville, red and white sailor buoys… A little corner of Normandy rises from the rooftops of Paris.
A 360° view, an ice cream parlour and a crêperie by Julien Sebbag
Topped by a famous heart, the huge AMI “A” overlooks the Galeries Rooftop, with the Eiffel Tower in the background. In this open-air space, evocative of beautiful seaside strolls, blue-and-white lounge chairs creep in. In the heart of a hut (not at the bottom of the garden, but at the top of the Galeries), visitors will also find an ice cream parlour, to make them feel truly on vacation.
The big plus? Julien Sebbag‘ s crêperie de Chef looks like a Breton creperie. Already at the helm of Forest and Créatures, Chef Julien Sebbag invites you this time to sample his crepes, while enjoying a 360° view of the whole of Paris.
