Every weekend, the doors of Atelier Saisonnier open to us from 10am to 4pm to offer one of the best all-you-can-eat brunches in Paris. The house’s success lies first and foremost in its generous brunch formula. Here, everything is homemade: from scrambled eggs to chocolate cakes, as well as mixed salads, savory tarts and freshly squeezed juices.
On the savoury side, you’ll find the great brunch classics like bacon and eggs, as well as a fine selection of charcuterie and cheeses, hummus and guacamole. On the sweet side, fresh fruit rubs shoulders with cottage cheese and cereals. There’s also a whole selection of cakes, including cookies, chocolate fondant and, above all, delicious, gourmet pancakes. As for drinks, there’s a fine selection of teas and coffees, as well as freshly squeezed juices.
With its three locations, Atelier Saisonnier can cater for the hungry on both sides of the river. Whatever the case, the atmosphere in each location is relaxed but well-cared-for: rough furniture, soft lighting, bouquets of dried flowers and a chill playlist in the background.
