If the Olympic Games are a major global sporting event, they’re also an opportunity for tourists to discover the country’s culinary delights, and for Parisians to enjoy them too. And what better way to do this than in a restaurant run by a three-starred chef? In any case, we’re looking forward to seeing you at the Palais de Tokyo, where Air France has set up an establishment combining culinary experience and exhibition, in a fine spirit of promoting French savoir-faire.
An Air France restaurant in the heart of the Palais de Tokyo
To immerse visitors in the world of Air France and French culture, an 850-square-meter space dedicated to the brand has been created in the heart of the Palais de Tokyo. On board, a streamlined restaurant in the tradition of on-board service, as well as an exhibition area and an educational trail to learn a little more about the brand’s commitments.
In terms of food, you’ll be able to enjoy what’s usually served in Business class in the cabin, and discover the work of a three-star chef. Yes, it’s Arnaud Lallement’s creations that are delighting the lucky Air France travelers who are served in this ephemeral restaurant. And when it comes to desserts, it’s all down to the delights of Nina Métayer! What better way to represent France?
But the experience is not limited to the taste buds, as an exhibition space has also been created for the occasion. You’ll be able to discover the airline’s latest business cabin, as well as an A350 cockpit, and a whole selection of objects and clothing available exclusively at the Palais de Tokyo.
