While the shape of the chocolate bear from our childhood remains the same, the inside is crafted using the same techniques as those of an artisan chocolatier. Every bite reveals a rich ganache center—which may be praline, vanilla, or sometimes feature crunchy bits to play with textures! We might as well tell you right away: these bears are truly addictive.
For those who prefer marshmallow-filled hearts, you’ll be won over here as well with recipes that are both classic and completely reimagined! Our favorite?
