Sometimes all it takes is a face, a name, or a story for breast cancer to be more than just another disease. Because there’s always someone in our lives who has gone through this ordeal: a woman who fought, who is still fighting, who has found her way back to recovery, or someone we’ve lost and whom we continue to think of. It’s also for them that the month of October is decked out in pink.
And this year, the Peninsula Paris has once again chosen to amplify this message. To mark Pink October, one of the capital’s most beautiful luxury hotels is becoming a champion of this cause that concerns us all. With“Peninsula in Pink,” the hotel has created an experience that is as elegant as it is socially conscious—one well worth taking the time to experience…
A facade illuminated in pink and a cascade of powder-pink roses floating in the lobby.

In October, the color pink takes over The Peninsula Paris, serving as a symbol of a cause that is close to our hearts. Throughout the month of October, The Peninsula Paris, majestically situated on Avenue Kléber just steps from the Arc de Triomphe, is renewing its “Peninsula in Pink” initiative. For the occasion, the luxury hotel is partnering with the Ruban Rose association, which has been committed to the fight against breast cancer for over thirty years.
And here, pink is more than just a decorative touch. It becomes a unifying theme, almost a language.
Right at the entrance, the iconic floral installation “Dancing Leaves” is transformed into “Dancing Roses” under the guidance of head florist Chloé Poitevin. A cascade of powdery roses seems to float through the lobby, as if suspended in time. Created especially for Pink October, this magnificent piece was designed around the themes of strength, femininity, and solidarity. And as night falls, the entire facade of the luxury hotel is bathed in pink, spreading the message all the way to Avenue Kléber.
When the culinary world, too, lends its support to the cause

At The Peninsula’s restaurants, this commitment extends to the plate. At L’Oiseau Blanc, LiLi, and The Lobby, the chefs have created dishes with pink accents: figs, hibiscus, roses, and red berries. The ultra-chic Pink Afternoon Tea also takes on the colors of Pink October, as does a selection of champagnes, cocktails, and mocktails at Bar Kléber. And one detail is particularly significant: for each creation, a portion of the price is donated to the Ruban Rose association.

Because, at its core, Pink October is also here to remind us of something essential: to speak out, raise awareness, prevent, and never let silence take over. And when beauty and goodness can contribute—even in a small way—to advancing this cause, then pink suddenly takes on a whole new meaning.
What if, for once, indulging in the pleasures of a luxury hotel stay could also be a way—in its own small way—to support a vital cause?
