For the fifth consecutive summer, Les Petites Mains are taking over the Palais Galliera and putting chef Youssef Gastli in charge of the kitchen. Under the columns of the sublime museum in the 16th arrondissement, sheltered from prying eyes, you won’t miss a single moment of the spectacle.
