Science Expériences is coming to Paris for the second time, this time at the Palais des Congrès in Porte Maillot. And contrary to what one might imagine, this is not a larger version or an extension of the Bercy Village site: it’s a standalone venue, with content designed from scratch. Tickets are on sale now—get yours and be among the first to discover this new universe starting October 15, 2026.

From space to dinosaurs—a completely new experience

Those who have already experienced the Bercy attraction know its virtual-reality space odyssey, its dive into the abyss, and its face-to-face encounter with electricity. At the Palais, none of these experiences are repeated: the seven rooms cover areas that Bercy doesn’t touch on at all. Here, visitors go all the way back to the Big Bang to understand how the Earth was formed; they discover what the human eye can never see (UV, infrared, X-rays); and they observe seemingly ordinary rocks reveal their radioactivity or fluorescence. Two exhibits have no equivalent whatsoever at Bercy: a simulated earthquake complete with a seismograph, and a paleontological excavation site where visitors literally set out in search of dinosaur fossils, paleontologist’s notebook in hand.
An experience designed to go beyond Bercy

The other real difference is the format. Bercy focused on a guided tour, combining observation with occasional hands-on activities. The Palais, on the other hand, is conceived as a live show in its own right: the pace is faster, the staging is more spectacular, and certain rooms require much more active participation. In the last room, for example, visitors are no longer just observing: working in teams, they have less than a minute to build and test engineering challenges, such as reconstructing the self-supporting bridge designed by Leonardo da Vinci. This turns the visit into a real scientific competition among friends or family.
