The Grande Cascade’s immense glass roofs, designed by Gustave Eiffel, catch every ray of sunlight throughout the day. In its lounges designed in the Art Nouveau and Belle Époque style, with a rich, refined decor, you’ll enjoy chic, perfectly mastered cuisine.

Lobster lovers are in for a treat, with the house’s very gourmet version. You’ll also want to try one of the house specialties: macaroni! The macaroni has a special feature that makes all the difference in the mouth: it’s stuffed with black truffle and foie gras. And let’s face it, they’ re absolutely delicious. For those with a sweet tooth, the brioche à la fleur de sel is a veritable ode to childhood! Crunchy and soft, it has everything to please.
