Museums open at night…until 9 pm
The list of museums open until 9pm includes the Centre Georges Pompidou. It closes every evening until 9 pm! Perfect for admiring its latest exhibitions before it closes for five years.
You can enjoy the Jeu de Paume, located in the 8ᵉ arrondissement, every Tuesday at 9 pm. On Wednesday evenings, it’s at the Monnaie de Paris, in the 6ᵉ, or the Musée d’Art et d’Histoire du Judaïsme that you’ll have to go to enjoy this nocturne.
On Thursdays, the Musée d’Art Moderne, the Cité de l’Architecture et du Patrimoine or the Musée Marmottan-Monet, all three located in the 16ᵉ, close at 9 pm.
Finally, on Fridays, you can stroll until nightfall at the Bourse de Commerce or the Palais Galliera.

Museums open until 10 pm in Paris include the Louvre, which extends its opening hours every Friday, as well as the Musée d’Orsay and the Musée du Quai Branly, open until 10 pm every Thursday.
You can stroll through the Musée du Luxembourg every Monday evening, or the Musée Maillol in the 7ᵉ every Wednesday.

For night owls, you should know that the spaces on level 6 of the Centre Pompidou are open until 11 p.m. every Thursday. Last but not least, the Palais de Tokyo is open almost all night long. Every Thursday, the museum closes… at midnight!
