If you don’t know what to do with your weekend, want to escape the hustle and bustle and heat, or fancy a bit of water sport, we’ve got just the solution. In Seine-et-Marne, just a few kilometers from Paris, the Ile de loisirs de Jablines is the ideal idea for a summer outing. A genuine leisure park built around a large lake, it covers almost 450 hectares and offers a whole host of activities!
For fans of sunbathing and lounging, there’s a 400-metre beach with supervised swimming. But for water sports enthusiasts, it’s a veritable paradise open to you every day from 10am to 6pm. Activities include water-skiing, windsurfing, paddle-boarding, canoeing, kayaking, paddling, fishing and pedal-boating.
But that’s not all: the facilities on the Ile de Jablines offer a myriad of sports and leisure activities, including mini golf, climbing, horse riding, tennis, accrobranche and beach volleyball. For cyclists and walkers, a number of routes have also been set up, so all you need to do is don your helmet or walking shoes.
In short, a thousand activities, from the most peaceful to the most sporting, are possible on this immense complex. All that’s left to do is hop on the train and make a date!

- By train: TER to Esbly then bus 2264 to île de loisirs or RER A to Chessy – Marne-la-Vallée then bus 2263 to île de loisirs.
- By car: Via the A4 and A104 motorways
